Tina O’Banion has 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including serving as Controller and CFO with early stage, high growth and turnaround situations. Tina has held leadership roles in retail, healthcare, education, non-profits, manufacturing and other service industries. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas where she graduated with honors and an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and is known as a trusted advisor who enjoys working with entrepreneurs.
Tina is currently an advisor with ChurchillTerry, working with several entrepreneurs as their CFO and assisting with several clients on building their financial models. ChurchillTerry provides management consulting and financial advisory services to businesses run by owner-managers or those with investors actively involved in daily operations. For over two decades, ChurchillTerry has helped these businesses realize their maximum revenue and profit potential, and allowed both entrepreneurs and investors to validate, recognize and capture the value inherent in their business through innovative financial mechanics, acquisition, divestiture and exits.
Tina is not your typical accounting and her goal is to help you, through business and financial foresight, understand your business better so you can build success.

She leads by example and is the one who rolls up her sleeves to get the job done by finding solutions to the problems.

On her spare time, Tina enjoys running, participating in triathlons, giving back to her community, and helping women succeed. Tina has two teenage daughters and a husband of 21 years.
