Chris McNeill is a partner at Block Garden & McNeill, LLP, which specializes in entity formation, finance rounds and transactions, mergers & acquisitions and contracts and business issues across the entire spectrum of a company’s life cycle.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, and his law degree from Harvard Law School.
He previously worked at Fish & Richardson P.C. (2003-2007) and at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. (2001-2003). Mr. McNeill serves as a councilmember for the Town of Sunnyvale, Texas. Mr. McNeill also serves as a deacon and in several additional volunteer roles at First Baptist Dallas, and as the cubmaster of his son’s Cub Scout pack.
He earned his Eagle Scout in 1993 while attending high school in Nairobi, Kenya. Mr. McNeill is a co-founder and sponsor of The Criterion Society, a monthly forum focused on advancing the leadership and business skills of young entrepreneurs.
